Youth4work is a crowd recruiting website which connects candidates and companies. Candidates can maintain professional profiles and have access to college and company information. Companies and placement cells of colleges can respectively view and manage candidate related information like their resume and talent matrix for recruitment purposes. Youth4work uses crowd recruiting to find a suitable talent/candidate for each freelance project, internship or job. Youth4work has also an algorithm called yRank algorithm, which rates a candidate based on their scores in tests.

When Rachit Jain worked at Mahindra. he realized big companies were hiring in bulk from campus but they had no mechanism to actually gauge the true talent of a youth and give them a department accordingly. This left huge void and dissatisfaction with the new employees; they were dissatisfied and left jobs early. He thought that if given the right work profile, the same people would love to work and actually grow themselves and the company. He decided to tackle this problem head on and started Youth4work – a Crowd recruitment portal in 2011.
