I don’t think it will be that hard for non-technical professionals like lawyers, doctors, accountants to learn software tools. The world’s best fighter-jet pilots aren’t the best plane architectures. Similarly, many times, the best software operators aren’t even their developers or techies. Developers can also learn different aspects of softwares from non-techie people.
